Hilary Duff got every materialistic woman’s dream of an engagement ring this past weekend:   a whopper weighing in at 14 carats.  Just Jared reports that the sparkler cost fiance Mike Comrie over $1 million. He might want to rethink that chunk of change when he gets traded yet again.  Hope Duff likes Ramen noodles.

The Office star Jenna Fischer announced this weekend that she is engaged to her long-time boyfriend, writer Lee Kirk.  The pair have been dating since January 2008 and he proposed while vacationing in Europe.  
Hopefully their engagement doesn’t end up like her alter-ego, Pam Beesly.

American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi got married over the weekend to Mike McCuddy, a general contractor.  The bride wore Vera Wang and Neil Lane for their low key ceremony in Maine on July 5th.
I have no idea who she is and why she is worth mentioning, but someone must.

People Magazine released this photo of the ring given to Danielle Deleasa by Kevin Jonas on Wednesday.  The center stone is three carats, surrounded by 210 pave diamonds.  Lucky girl.

That’s right ladies.  Kevin Jonas, the oldest of the pop trio the Jonas Brothers, is engaged.  Kevin popped the question to longtime girlfriend Danielle Deleasa this morning after a overnight trip from a concert in Vancouver.

 Rejected bachelorette Melissa Rycroft announced  today that she is engaged.  The dancing diva is  apparently marrying a man she’s been dating since she  was brutally dumped by bachelor Jason Mesnick on live television.  She hopes this  one won’t do the same.
