Jon Gosselin has been spotted getting advice on his personal life from the low-life father of Lindsay Lohan, Michael Lohan.  Family of Lohan have been claiming Michael should mind his own business and pay up the child support he owes ex-wife Dina. Maybe Jon is getting advice on being a deadbeat dad in terrible t-shirts.

I guess there isn’t a plastic surgery available for grandma arms yet.  Or else Madonna would have known about it.

Candy Spelling, widow of the father of soap operas Aaron Spelling, sent a scathing letter to TMZ, criticizing her daughter Tori for using her children as props in her reality TV show.  Strong words from a gold-digging fame whore.

A rep for Camilla Belle released a statement today, verifying that Joe Jonas and Camilla have officially broken up.  You might know her from such great films including ” When a Stranger Calls” and “Push”.  My guess is, she dumped him because his career was better than hers.  I’m just saying.

No explanation needed, other than to say Rihanna was partying at Tao in Las Vegas.

Rupert Grint, who plays the lovable red-headed sidekick Ron in the Harry Potter series, has contracted swine flu while filming the latest installment of the franchise.  Grint missed a few days of filming but is expected to be healthy enough to attend the London premiere for “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” in London tomorrow.

The Office star Jenna Fischer announced this weekend that she is engaged to her long-time boyfriend, writer Lee Kirk.  The pair have been dating since January 2008 and he proposed while vacationing in Europe.  
Hopefully their engagement doesn’t end up like her alter-ego, Pam Beesly.

American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi got married over the weekend to Mike McCuddy, a general contractor.  The bride wore Vera Wang and Neil Lane for their low key ceremony in Maine on July 5th.
I have no idea who she is and why she is worth mentioning, but someone must.

I know this really isn’t considered “entertainment” news, but Sarah Palin is more of a celebrity rather than a politician.  Palin announced today that she will step down as governor of Alaska later this month, claiming her son, Trig, who suffers from Down Syndrome, needs her more at home.
The citizens of Alaska couldn’t be happier.
